Individual Therapy
Whether you’re feeling overwhelmed with anxiety, struggling to navigate a new chapter in life, processing trauma, or just wanting someone to listen, individual therapy is a catered approach to your specific needs. During our sessions together, we will identify areas you would like to focus on and collaborate on how to best support you. My first goal is to create a safe space where you can feel comfortable processing through whatever is on your mind and my second goal is to help keep you accountable to the change you are working toward. I understand that therapy is a financial and emotional investment and I respect the time of each of my clients, wanting to make sure you receive the services you are looking for.
Mindfulness & Meditation
If you wish to incorporate mindfulness, meditation and yoga practices into your therapy journey, let me know. With a background in yoga, I enjoy bringing these formats to the therapy space. Mindfulness and meditation have been proven to decrease stress, increase cognitive awareness and improve overall functioning when practiced consistently.
Integrative Mental Health
Having a certification in integrative mental health allows me to help clients identify how their nutrition, fitness activity, and sleep can impact their overall mental health functioning. Whether you’re looking for natural ways to reduce stress, or you’re looking for support in holistic goal setting, using an integrative approach to address the emotional, cognitive, physical and spiritual parts of yourself can allow you to experience universal health benefits.
